When you cycle this card, first the cycling ability goes on the stack, then the triggered ability goes on the stack on top of it. The triggered ability will resolve before you draw a card from the cycling ability.

Recykling (Cycling) (, Odrzuć tę kartę: Dobierz kartę.)
Gdy korzystasz z Recykling (Cycling) tej karty, możesz przeszukać swoją bibliotekę w poszukiwaniu karty podstawowego lądu, pokazać tę kartę, wziąć ją do ręki, a następnie potasować bibliotekę. (Zrób to przed dobraniem karty.)
(, Odrzuć tę kartę: Dobierz kartę.)Gdy korzystasz z Recykling (Cycling) tej karty, możesz przeszukać swoją bibliotekę w poszukiwaniu karty podstawowego lądu, pokazać tę kartę, wziąć ją do ręki, a następnie potasować bibliotekę. (Zrób to przed dobraniem karty.)
Jeśli skorzystasz z Recykling, wywołana zdolność pozwala przeszukać bibliotekę w poszukiwaniu podstawowego lądu, pokazać go i wziąć do ręki, a potem potasować bibliotekę.
Zapłaciłeś i odrzuciłeś kartę, skorzystałeś z Recykling (Cycling): najpierw przeszukałeś bibliotekę i wziąłeś podstawowy ląd do ręki, potem dobrałeś kartę z efektu Recykling.

The cycling ability and the triggered ability are separate. If the triggered ability doesn't resolve (because, for example, it has been countered, or all of its targets have become illegal), the cycling ability will still resolve, and you'll draw a card.
