Aura can be attached only to a creature when it enters the battlefield or by spells/abilities that attach Auras.
If the enchanted creature changes creature type, the sacrifice effect uses its current creature type at the time the ability resolves to determine which other creatures get the bonus.
If the enchanted creature is no longer on the battlefield when the sacrifice ability resolves, there is no enchanted creature and only creatures that share a creature type with that (nonexistent) creature do not get the bonus — in practice, the bonus applies only if there is an enchanted creature when the ability resolves.
