Jak działa karta?

Wskaż to sorcery, które wymaga wybrania permanentu jako celu. Nie ma zapisanego żadnego dodatkowego efektu — samo wskazanie celu nie robi nic, a zaklęcie zostanie anulowane, jeśli przy rozwiązywaniu nie ma już celu.

Indicate (Wskaż) to sorcery z tekstem "Target permanent." — czyli "Celuj w permanent.". Kiedy zagrywasz to zaklęcie, wybierasz permanent jako cel. Po zapłaceniu kosztu i przejściu przez proces stawiania zaklęcia na stosie, następnie rozwiązuje się ono: instrukcja na karcie jest tylko wyborem celu; jeśli karta nie ma dalszego efektu zapisanego w oracle (jak np. zniszcz, dołącz, daj +1/+1), to samo wskazanie celu nie powoduje dodatkowego efektu po rozstrzygnięciu. Jeśli cel jest legalny przy deklarowaniu, lecz przestaje być legalny przy rozwiązywaniu (np. permanent został usunięty), zaklęcie nie ma celu i zostaje anulowane (idzie na stos grobu).

Ważne interakcje

Indicate celuje w permanent. To oznacza, że gdy zagrywasz tego sorcery, wybierasz docelowy permanent na stole. Jeśli przy rozwiązywaniu zaklęcia wybrany permanent nie istnieje (np. został zniszczony lub usunięty), zaklęcie nie może się rozwiązać i trafi na stos grobu (zostaje anulowane).
Symbole many na karcie testowej (np. , itp.) należy traktować jak standardowe symbole podczas gry. Tłumaczenie i użycie symboli nie zmienia ich działania.
Karty playtestowe nie są legalne we wszystkich formatach turniejowych; mają zastosowanie głównie w formatach Mystery Booster Limited i grach domowych, jeśli wszyscy się na to zgodzą.
Niektóre podstawowe zasady gry mogą wymagać adaptacji, aby karty playtestowe działały zgodnie z zamysłem. W przypadku tej konkretnej karty jednak tekst jest prosty i nie wymaga dodatkowych zmian zasad.

Częste pomyłki

Mylenie celu z efektem: gracze czasem oczekują, że samo wybranie permanentu spowoduje jakiś efekt. Tekst karty nie daje żadnego działania poza wskazaniem celu.
Utrzymywanie, że karta działa bez celu: jeśli wybrany permanent nie istnieje przy rozwiązywaniu, zaklęcie nie działa i trafia na stos grobu, zamiast rozwiązać się bez celu.
Zakładanie, że karty playtestowe są legalne we wszystkich formatach turniejowych — to nieprawda; mają ograniczoną użyteczność turniejową.

Przykład: Jeśli zagrasz Wskaż wybierając stwora przeciwnika jako cel, ale przeciwnik później odpali efekt usuwający tego stwora zanim zaklęcie się rozwiąże, Wskaż nie zadziała i trafi na stos grobu, ponieważ przy rozwiązywaniu nie ma już legalnego celu.

Indicate targets a permanent.

Playtest cards use a modified version of game symbols, such as {T} and {W}. These modified symbols should be treated as the standard symbols during play.

Playtest cards aren’t legal for play in any tournament format other than Mystery Booster Limited formats. On the other hand, we expect they will spice up a wide variety of non-tournament games (as long as everyone’s on the same page about using them!).

For many playtest cards, you’ll need to make a generous assumption that basic game rules would be updated to allow them to work. The Mystery Booster 2 Playtest Card Notes section (reproduced here in individual Gatherer rulings) provides guidance for fitting these cards into the existing rules structure.
