Wyjaśnienie po polsku

Tithe Drinker

Extort (Za każdym razem, gdy zagrasz czar, możesz zapłacić {W/B}

. Jeśli to zrobisz, każdy przeciwnik traci 1 życie, a ty zyskujesz tyle życia.)

Jak działa karta?

Tithe Drinker ma lifelink i extort. Lifelink daje ci życie równe obrażeniom stwora. Extort pozwala po każdym zagranym czarze zapłacić {W/B} ; jeśli to zrobisz, każdy przeciwnik traci 1 życia, a ty zyskujesz tyle życia, ile łącznie stracili przeciwnicy. Extort nie celuje i rozwiązuje się nawet jeśli wywołujący go czar zostanie skontrowany.

Tithe Drinker to stwór — Wampir z lifelink i extort.

Extort triggers whenever you cast any spell (includes instants, sorceries, creatures, artifacts, enchantments, planeswalkers). Each time it triggers you may pay once for that trigger.
You choose whether to pay when the extort triggered ability resolves, not when it triggers.
Extort doesn't target. If you pay, each opponent loses 1 life simultaneously; you then gain life equal to the total life lost this way.
If an opponent's life total can't change (for example because they control Platinum Emperion), that opponent doesn't lose life and therefore doesn't contribute to the life you gain.
The extort triggered ability resolves before the spell that caused it to trigger. It will still resolve even if that spell is countered.

The amount of life you gain from extort is based on the total amount of life lost, not necessarily the number of opponents you have. For example, if your opponent's life total can't change (perhaps because that player controls Platinum Emperion), you won't gain any life.

2024-01-12

The extort ability doesn't target any player.

2024-01-12

You may pay {W/B} a maximum of one time for each extort triggered ability. You decide whether to pay when the ability resolves.

2024-01-12

The extort ability resolves before the spell that caused it to trigger. The ability resolves even if that spell is countered.
