Goaded creatures must attack a player other than their controller and must attack each combat if able. (This is from the goad keyword; not written on the card but relevant to the 'goad' instruction.)
The triggered ability that doubles power uses the creature's power as that ability resolves to determine how much to add: it gives +P/+0 where P is the creature's current power at resolution.
The monstrosity activation () only does something if Death Kiss isn't already monstrous. When it resolves, if Death Kiss is still on the battlefield, you put X +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes monstrous; that can cause the "When this creature becomes monstrous" triggered ability to trigger.
If Death Kiss isn't on the battlefield when its monstrosity ability resolves (for example, it was removed in response), it won't become monstrous and the "when it becomes monstrous" ability won't trigger.
Once Death Kiss is monstrous, you cannot make it monstrous again. Activating the ability again when it is already monstrous does nothing.

Monstrous isn't an ability that a creature has. It's just something true about that creature. If the creature stops being a creature or loses its abilities, it will continue to be monstrous.
