Gdy zagrasz instant lub sorcery, zdolność opus triggeruje i rozwiązuje się przed tym czarem. Opus — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, that trigger goes on the stack and will resolve before the spell that caused it to trigger resolves.
The opus ability will resolve even if the instant or sorcery spell is later countered or otherwise doesn’t resolve.
When the opus ability resolves, check how much mana was spent to cast the instant or sorcery spell (total mana paid, including generic, colored, and hybrid mana that was actually used). If five or more mana was spent, you put three +1/+1 counters on Spectacular Skywhale. Otherwise, Spectacular Skywhale gets +3/+0 until end of turn.
The +3/+0 effect is a continuous effect that lasts until end of turn; the +1/+1 counters are permanent and increase the creature’s toughness as well as its power.
If multiple instant or sorcery spells are cast in the same turn, Spectacular Skywhale’s opus ability will trigger for each of them separately and each trigger is handled independently.
