When you draw a card, look at it as you draw it. If it's the first card you draw that turn, you may reveal it. You decide to reveal or not before mixing it with the rest of your hand.
If you revealed an instant or sorcery this way, create Cherubael — a legendary 4/4 black Demon creature token with flying. The token is created when the triggered ability resolves; if the revealed card has left your hand before resolution, you still create the token.
If an effect puts a card into your hand without using the word "draw" (for example, "put a card from your library into your hand"), that card was not drawn and cannot be revealed with this ability.
If you reveal a card with this ability, it stays revealed (face up) until the triggered ability finishes resolving.
You may reveal the first card you draw on any player's turn, not only your own, as long as it is the first card you've drawn that turn.
You are not required to reveal the drawn card — revealing is optional.
If you are instructed to draw multiple cards, treat them as separate draws. Only the very first of those draws that turn is eligible to be revealed via Inquisitor Eisenhorn's ability.
