If you choose to search your library, you shuffle it after the search is complete.
You may choose to search only your graveyard, only your library, both, or neither when the ability resolves.
If multiple cards named Chandra, Flame's Catalyst are in the chosen zones, you reveal one and put that card into your hand (you choose which if there are multiple).
If you reveal a card from your library, you must shuffle your library afterwards.
If the named card is not found in the chosen zones, you simply do nothing for that part of the search.
