Graveyard targets: When you cast Deliver Unto Evil, you may choose up to four target cards in your graveyard. You may choose fewer than four or even zero.
Checking Bolas planeswalker: Whether you control a Bolas planeswalker is checked only as the spell resolves. A planeswalker counts as a 'Bolas planeswalker' if its card name includes 'Bolas' (for example, 'Sarkhan the Masterless' would not; 'Gideon, Ally of Zendikar' would not; 'Ugin, the Spirit Dragon' would not).
If you control a Bolas planeswalker on resolution: All targeted cards that are still legal targets are returned to your hand. Then the spell is exiled.
If you do not control a Bolas planeswalker on resolution: An opponent you choose when the effect applies (you choose which opponent makes the final decision) chooses two of the targeted cards that are still legal targets. The chosen two stay in your graveyard; you put the remaining targeted cards that are still legal targets into your hand. Then the spell is exiled.
Illegal targets on resolution: If some targets are no longer legal when the spell resolves (for example, a targeted card moved from your graveyard), your opponent chooses among the remaining legal targets. If no targets remain legal when it would resolve, the spell doesn’t do the above effects; it simply is put into its owner’s graveyard and is not exiled.
Casting with no targets: You may cast Deliver Unto Evil with no targets. It will be exiled on resolution and nothing else will happen.
Fewer than two targets and no Bolas planeswalker: If you targeted fewer than two cards and you don’t control a Bolas planeswalker on resolution, your opponent will choose two of however many you targeted (which may be one or zero). If they choose a card that doesn’t exist as a legal target, those choices are among the legal targets only; any remaining legal targets not chosen are returned to your hand.
