Jak działa karta?

Rewind counters a target spell. When it resolves you may untap up to four lands (you choose them at resolution; they can belong to any player). If the targeted spell is not a legal target at resolution, Rewind doesn't resolve and you don't untap any lands.

Rewind to Instant. When you cast Rewind you choose a target spell on the stack. When Rewind resolves, it attempts to do two things in order: 1) Counter the targeted spell. 2) Untap up to four lands. Important details from the rulings: • The card only targets the spell; lands are not targeted. You pick which lands to untap as Rewind resolves. • You may choose up to four lands controlled by any players; they can be owned or controlled by different players. • A single land cannot be chosen multiple times to untap repeatedly; each chosen land untaps once. • If the targeted spell becomes an illegal target before Rewind resolves (for example it was already countered or removed), Rewind does not resolve at all, so neither the counter nor the untap happens.

Cast Rewind targeting an opponent's Lightning Bolt. If nothing else changes, Lightning Bolt is countered and you may untap up to four lands (yours, theirs, or a mix). If another player counters Lightning Bolt first so it is no longer on the stack when Rewind would resolve, Rewind fails to resolve and you untap no lands.

Rewind targets only a spell. It doesn't target any lands. The lands are chosen as Rewind resolves.

You can choose up to four lands, no matter who controls any of them. Those lands untap once. You can't choose one land and have it untap four times, for example.

If the spell is an illegal target when Rewind tries to resolve, perhaps because it was countered by another spell or ability, Rewind won't resolve and none of its effects will happen. You won't untap any lands.
