If you cast a spell "without paying its mana cost," you can't choose to cast it for any alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs, such as kicker costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, such as that of Tormenting Voice, those must be paid to cast the spell.

Zaklęcie
Możesz rzucać czary o wartości many mniejszej lub równej liczbie stworów, które kontrolujesz, z twojej ręki bez płacenia ich kosztów many.
Jak działa karta?
Pozwala rzucać czary z ręki bez płacenia ich kosztów many, jeśli ich wartość many jest ≤ liczbie twoich stworów. Musisz przestrzegać timingów i dodatkowych kosztów.
- Jeśli koszt many czaru zawiera , wybierz 0 jako wartość X, gdy rzucasz go bez płacenia kosztu many.
Masz trzy stwory i w ręce kartę o wartości many 3; możesz rzucić tę kartę z ręki bez płacenia jej kosztu many, ale musisz zapłacić ewentualne obowiązkowe dodatkowe koszty i wybrać X=0, jeśli karta ma .

If a spell has {X} in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost.
You must follow the normal timing permissions and restrictions of each spell you cast.
Once you cast Omnipresence, if it's your turn, you'll have priority immediately after it resolves. You can cast another spell before any player can attempt to remove Omnipresence with spells or abilities.
