At the beginning of your upkeep, Wilfred Mott's triggered ability goes on the stack. It adds a time counter to Wilfred Mott, then you look at the top X cards of your library, where X equals the number of time counters on Wilfred Mott (after adding that counter).
You may choose a nonland permanent card with mana value 3 or less from among those X cards and put it onto the battlefield. If you do not choose such a card, or none are present, you put all of them on the bottom of your library in a random order.
If Wilfred Mott leaves the battlefield after its ability triggered but before it resolves, you still use the number of time counters it last had while on the battlefield to determine X when the ability resolves (even though the object is no longer on the battlefield).
When the ability resolves, you first put the chosen card onto the battlefield (if any). Then you put the remaining looked-at cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Częste pomyłki
