Wyjaśnienie po polsku

Kleszcze Płomieniącego (Scalding Tongs)

Artefakt

At the beginning of your upkeep, the ability checks how many cards you have in hand. If you have three or fewer, the ability triggers. If you have more than three, it does not trigger at all.
When the triggered ability is put on the stack you choose target opponent or a planeswalker (an opposing planeswalker is the usual target). You must choose a target each time it triggers.
The number of cards in hand is checked again when the ability resolves. If you have more than three cards at that time, it deals no damage.
If the ability resolves and you still have three or fewer cards, Scalding Tongs deals 1 damage to the chosen target (opponent or planeswalker).
If the chosen target is illegal when the ability would resolve (for example the planeswalker left the battlefield or the opponent is no longer a legal target), the ability does nothing.

It checks the number of cards in your hand at the beginning of upkeep and does not trigger at all if you have more than three. It checks again on resolution and does not deal damage unless you still have 3 or fewer cards.
