Wyjaśnienie po polsku

Dunes of the Dead

Land — Desert

: Add

.
When this land is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.

Jak działa karta?

Ląd. {T} : Dodaje {C} .

Dunes of the Dead jest lądem ze subtype Desert. Ma dwie zdolności.

1) {T} : Add {C} .
- Możesz tapnąć (obrócić) tę kartę, aby dodać jedną bezbarwną ( {C} ) many do swojej puli many.

2) When this land is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
- Gdy Dunes of the Dead trafi na cmentarz z pola bitwy, tworzy się token stwora 2/2 o typie Zombie i kolorze czarnym.

Użycie many: : Add .
Wejście na cmentarz: When this land is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.

Częste pomyłki

Myślenie, że druga zdolność pozwala poświęcić Dunes of the Dead w dowolnym momencie — nie.

Przykład 1: Jeśli przeciwnik zniszczy Dunes of the Dead (np. zaklęciem, które niszczy lądy), karta trafi na cmentarz z pola bitwy i natychmiast stworzysz 2/2 czarnego Zombie.
Przykład 2: Jeśli poświęcisz Dunes of the Dead jako koszt akt. zdolności (np. zapłacić koszt, który wymaga poświęcenia lądu), najpierw trafi na cmentarz, powstanie token 2/2, a potem rozwiąże się aktywowana zdolność.

Dunes of the Dead's second ability doesn't allow you to sacrifice it whenever you'd like. You must find another way to get Dunes of the Dead into the graveyard.

2017-07-14

If you sacrifice Dunes of the Dead to pay the activation cost of an ability, you'll create the Zombie token before that activated ability resolves.

2017-04-18

Desert is a land subtype with no special meaning. It doesn't grant the land an intrinsic mana ability. Other cards may care about which lands are Deserts.
