Scry 2 occurs as soon as Lost Legion enters the battlefield. If something else happens at the same time (for example, another creature entering simultaneously), you put all those triggered abilities on the stack in APNAP order; then they resolve one at a time. Scry looks at the top two cards of your library, you may put any number of them on the bottom in any order and the rest back on top in any order.
If Lost Legion leaves the battlefield before the scry ability resolves, the scry still happens because the ability was triggered when it entered the battlefield.
If you have fewer than two cards in your library, you look at as many as are there (one or none).
Scry does not draw cards; it only changes the order or moves cards to the bottom of the library.
Effects that replace or modify drawing or library-ordering (like 'you may look at top cards' or 'can't look at the top of your library') can change how scry operates if they specifically apply, but standard scry 2 simply examines the top two cards.
