Chronicle effects that target (e.g., Pacifism) still can't target a creature with hexproof from this spell if controlled by an opponent — hexproof only prevents opponents from targeting your permanent.
If a spell or ability from an opponent would deal lethal damage or destroy the permanent this turn, indestructible prevents that destruction but won't stop effects that set toughness to 0 or sacrifice effects.
If the target ceases to be an artifact or creature (or you no longer control it) before resolution, Shields Up! can't target it and is countered on resolution.
If the permanent already has hexproof or indestructible, Shields Up! still grants those properties (no added effect beyond the keyword being present).
If the targeted permanent is a creature and would get a +1/+1 counter, that counter is placed even if other effects modify the creature's characteristics later in the turn.

Częste pomyłki

Myślenie, że hexproof chroni też przed twoimi zaklęciami i zdolnościami — hexproof tylko blokuje celowanie ze strony przeciwników.
