Zniszcz wybraną istotę. Jeśli ta istota była Human (sprawdzone jako ostatnio istniała na battlefieldzie), otrzymujesz życie równe jej toughnessowi.

Death's Caress to sorcery: gdy rozwiąże się, najpierw próbuje zniszczyć wybraną istotę (celowanie przy castowaniu). Jeśli w chwili rozwiązywania zaklęcia cel nie jest już legalny (np. istota opuściła battlefield), zaklęcie nie rozwiązuje się i nic się nie dzieje. Myślenie, że jeśli istota nie została zniszczona (np. ma indestructible), nie zyskujesz życia — nadal możesz zyskać życie, jeśli była Human.
Myślenie, że sprawdza się obecny stan obiektu poza battlefieldem — używaj informacji o tym, jak istota ostatnio istniała na battlefieldzie (czy była Human i jaka była jej toughness).

If Death’s Caress resolves but the target creature isn’t destroyed, perhaps because it has indestructible or it regenerated, you still check if it’s a Human. If so, you’ll gain life equal to its toughness.

If the target creature isn’t on the battlefield or is otherwise an illegal target when Death’s Caress tries to resolve, Death’s Caress doesn’t resolve and none of its effects will happen. You won’t gain any life.

Check the creature as it last existed on the battlefield to determine if it was a Human. If it was, use its toughness as it last existed on the battlefield to determine how much life is gained.
