Second Wind is an Aura that enchants a creature. It has two {T} abilities printed on the Aura: tap the enchanted creature and untap the enchanted creature. Only the Aura’s controller can activate these abilities, and activating either requires tapping the Aura.

Second Wind to Enchantment — Aura. "Enchant creature" means you attach this Aura to a target creature as it enters the battlefield (or attach it to a creature you control if an effect allows). The Aura itself has two activated abilities: " {T} : Tap enchanted creature." and " {T} : Untap enchanted creature." These are abilities of the Aura card, not abilities of the creature. To activate either one, the controller of the Aura must tap the Aura (paying {T} ). That action then taps or untaps the creature the Aura is attached to. Only the player who controls the Aura may activate those abilities, regardless of who controls the enchanted creature. If the Aura is tapped, it cannot activate its {T} abilities until it becomes untapped.

Because the abilities are on the Aura card, only the controller of the Aura can activate either : Tap enchanted creature or : Untap enchanted creature — even if another player controls the enchanted creature.
Each ability uses the Aura’s tap symbol (), so the Aura must be untapped to activate either ability. Activating one of these abilities will tap the Aura as a cost.
If the Aura becomes untapped later (for example, by another effect), its controller can activate an ability again (subject to normal timing restrictions).
If the Aura is removed from the creature (or otherwise leaves the battlefield), it can’t use these abilities anymore because they are printed on the Aura and require it to be on the battlefield and untapped to activate.
You cannot activate both abilities at the same time unless you have a way to tap and untap the Aura as part of the same action; each activation is a separate action requiring the Aura to be untapped to pay the cost.

Thinking the creature gains the abilities. The abilities are on the Aura; the creature does not gain them.
Believing the creature’s controller can activate the abilities. Only the Aura’s controller can activate them.
Assuming you can activate both abilities while the Aura is tapped. Each activation requires the Aura to be untapped to pay the cost.

Przykład

You control Second Wind and an opponent controls a 3/3 creature. You may activate Second Wind’s " {T} : Tap enchanted creature" to tap that creature, preventing it from attacking or using tap abilities. Your opponent cannot activate those abilities because they don’t control the Aura.
