Efekt obniżenia kosztu działa podczas zagrywania karty z ręki i liczy karty stwórów aktualnie w twoim cmentarzu.
Jeśli inny stwór wchodzi na pole bitwy z innego miejsca niż stawianie go jako czaru (np. token, wskrzeszenie), zdanie "if you cast it" jest fałszywe i nie trzeba go poświęcać ani tworzyć duplikatu.
Duplikat staje się artefaktem typu Robot na stałe, nawet jeśli oryginalny stwór miał typy zespojone z innymi efektami.
